Our Story
Welcome To Ibiza
Ibiza is a mediterranean restaurant in the Avon Lake suburb of Cleveland, Ohio. Founded by Anthony Ponce, who has nearly 25 years in the restaurant business. Ponce started in the Spanish and Portuguese rich communities in New Jersey, and moved to Cleveland in 1996. We offer Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian dishes in a festive environment.

Our traditional Paella Valenciana consists of saffron-dyed rice with assorted fresh sea food,and chicken sausage. Added are vegetables seasoned with salt, a little garlic and sprigs of rosemary, which are placed on the rice during the last minutes.
